Roy McDonald writes, How to have more then 9 Extra Hours 40 hour weeks Available to you with ease and grace

What would it be like to have 9 extra 40 hour weeks available without any effort? What could you do with this time? What personal things would you like to achieve or what contribution would you like to make? What would this mean to your family ? Well, here’s how to get the time.

If you could create one hour a day extra for you, seven  days a week, multiplied by 52 weeks a year, you would get 364 extra hours. If you divided 364 extra hours by  40 hour week, you woud end up with 9.1 extra 40 hour weeks a year.

How fabulous would that be? How would that make you feel?

You’d have to give up all those excuses like “I didn’t have time to do it”.

What you’ve really done, is set yourself up for success. So how do we achieve this extra hour? Well it’s all about your intention.

Your intention around your day - what time you get up, what time you go to bed and what you do in the middle. Your intention of how much television you watch.

It will come back to you ultimately to your values and your purpose. David Letterman has been quoted as saying “Some people’s number one purpose in life is to watch television”. If your purpose is bigger than that and your intention is larger, then you will focus on what you want and therefore be selective in how you choose your invest time and the consequences of such choices.

The average ninety-five percent of the population is watching an average of twenty-seven hours of television a week. It would be interesting if someone followed you around for a week with a video camera and noted down all that you did in the day and checked out where you were productive and non-productive.

“Under New Management” with your new intention. You will find that by setting your intention each day and completing the actual outcome, you will be the best judge of that and this will give you daily feedback on your outcome. That could be scary couldn’t it?

Take a deep breath now and get into consciousness in the here in the now and realise that the game is up.

Realise that you are in charge of your life. In the moment of this realisation, know that you can achieve your outcome and that you can be a successful Time Manager Life Manager.

Also you need to do is buy the ticket, board the train, take a seat, keep out of the way and accept the new mindset that you have become. Accept the consciousness of your intention manifesting itself, creating the outcome and lifestlye that you desire.

As an example, by getting up an hour earlier each day and focusing on what you want to achieve, you will have an extra hour instantly. To get up that extra hour early, you wil need to be mindful of what time you go to bed. You still need the correct amount of rest.

If you are working long hours, it may be because you haven’t yet figured out how to support yourself or what system to use to make you more effective and efficient. Everyone can sprint for so long. At the end of the day, your body needs to not only rest, but needs to be rejuvenated.

Often people working long hours, find weekends are not rest for them - they try to recover, as they have lost the balance in life.

I talk from personal experience here, as I’ve been down that road many times. If you want to learn something, the best thing you can do is teach it and that’s the reason I’m writing this article.

- Roy McDonald

Do you have an intention to start the day with an  intention? Or are you starting with no focus? Start setting your life up to be a success, have your intention before you go to bed and know that your day will be a success before you go to bed each night.

OneLife: How I Made A Million Dollars Working Three Days A Week - Susie Powell

August 22nd, 2009 OneLife No comments

susieI am Susie Powell. You may know my husband who is Mr Coca Cola, a very successful man.

My story is very simple and yet extraordinary.

As a stay-at-home-mum I put it out there that I would like to earn for my own independence, about $20k a year. By using the goals program and other things that I had learnt, I achieved that goal.

The next goal I set was $200k and that year I achieved the $200k.

The next goal I set was $400k and I achieved that goal all with the intention of working only three days a week and being available for holidays, Christmas etc for my children and my beautiful husband who are the most precious people in my life.

My last year’s goal was to make $1M in one hundred days and I achieved that goal and I am glad to have been able to share that with Roy McDonald. Read more…

OneLife: How I Made $500K In Twelve Months - Asher Licciardi

August 22nd, 2009 OneLife No comments

asherHi my name is Asher, I am 28 years old and I have been a Cleaner/Landscaper for almost ten years. I attended the ‘Abundance’ program last year, a little over twelve months ago and in fact didn’t quite finish it because of some illness at home with my family.

Having said that, I set my mind to building some wealth and I have bought and sold six different businesses. One of the first businesses I bought was a Lawn Mowing business for $20 000 and I paid the Vendor back from the $100 000 I made from it throughout the year. I then sold the business for $52 000. Several similar transactions followed.

I had a bad credit rating and, as you can imagine not being able to read or write made everything even more of a challenge.

The end result is that I have made $320K net in the sale of these businesses. Pretty good for someone who can’t even read a menu at a restaurant!

I have also earned $180K as a contract cleaner so my total income was $500K. Read more…

OneLife: A Dynamic Woman Of Excellence - Lyn Bailey

August 22nd, 2009 OneLife No comments

My name is Lyn Bailey and after ‘Abundance’ in April, 2006, I realised I was selling myself short and settling for a lot less than what life really had to offer. I had just come out of a 35 year marriage, which had produced 4 beautiful children and 2 delightful grandchildren.

This was not an over night realization; however it was a decision that changed my destiny.

My new life is that of a woman who is becoming independent financially; who is creating her own business and who is making life happen, not waiting for it to come along. After the safety and security of a 40 year nursing profession, this new direction is certainly exciting and challenging. It frightens me and inspires me at the same time.

When I attended ‘Abundance’ I was in constant pain with arthritic changes to my knee. I was unable to walk very far, had said goodbye to my skiing adventures, and looked forward to being wheelchair bound within a short time. After ‘Abundance’ I found the courage, desire and determination to have knee replacement surgery. I am so fit and active now, knowing that I am healing my body every day with every breath I take. I am planning my next ski trip to Canada, a far cry from my thoughts of 1 year ago. Read more…
