Roy McDonald writes, How to have more then 9 Extra Hours 40 hour weeks Available to you with ease and grace

March 5th, 2010 admin No comments

What would it be like to have 9 extra 40 hour weeks available without any effort? What could you do with this time? What personal things would you like to achieve or what contribution would you like to make? What would this mean to your family ? Well, here’s how to get the time.

If you could create one hour a day extra for you, seven  days a week, multiplied by 52 weeks a year, you would get 364 extra hours. If you divided 364 extra hours by  40 hour week, you woud end up with 9.1 extra 40 hour weeks a year.

How fabulous would that be? How would that make you feel?

You’d have to give up all those excuses like “I didn’t have time to do it”.

What you’ve really done, is set yourself up for success. So how do we achieve this extra hour? Well it’s all about your intention.

Your intention around your day - what time you get up, what time you go to bed and what you do in the middle. Your intention of how much television you watch.

It will come back to you ultimately to your values and your purpose. David Letterman has been quoted as saying “Some people’s number one purpose in life is to watch television”. If your purpose is bigger than that and your intention is larger, then you will focus on what you want and therefore be selective in how you choose your invest time and the consequences of such choices.

The average ninety-five percent of the population is watching an average of twenty-seven hours of television a week. It would be interesting if someone followed you around for a week with a video camera and noted down all that you did in the day and checked out where you were productive and non-productive.

“Under New Management” with your new intention. You will find that by setting your intention each day and completing the actual outcome, you will be the best judge of that and this will give you daily feedback on your outcome. That could be scary couldn’t it?

Take a deep breath now and get into consciousness in the here in the now and realise that the game is up.

Realise that you are in charge of your life. In the moment of this realisation, know that you can achieve your outcome and that you can be a successful Time Manager Life Manager.

Also you need to do is buy the ticket, board the train, take a seat, keep out of the way and accept the new mindset that you have become. Accept the consciousness of your intention manifesting itself, creating the outcome and lifestlye that you desire.

As an example, by getting up an hour earlier each day and focusing on what you want to achieve, you will have an extra hour instantly. To get up that extra hour early, you wil need to be mindful of what time you go to bed. You still need the correct amount of rest.

If you are working long hours, it may be because you haven’t yet figured out how to support yourself or what system to use to make you more effective and efficient. Everyone can sprint for so long. At the end of the day, your body needs to not only rest, but needs to be rejuvenated.

Often people working long hours, find weekends are not rest for them - they try to recover, as they have lost the balance in life.

I talk from personal experience here, as I’ve been down that road many times. If you want to learn something, the best thing you can do is teach it and that’s the reason I’m writing this article.

Do you have an intention to start the day with an  intention? Or are you starting with no focus? Start setting your life up to be a success, have your intention before you go to bed and know that your day will be a success before you go to bed each night.

OneLife: We Are Spiritual Beings Enjoying A Physical Experience - Joan Jensen

This belief is fundamental to my existence. Yet, a couple of years ago when Spirit asked me to accept the position of president of our Spiritualist Church, I deferred. I was already enrolled in a doctorate program, as well as engaging in numerous other activities. To add to the doctorate the burden of the presidency was not something I desired, but Spirit assured me that there was no one else who could do what needed to be done at that time. It was going through a traumatic time as a result of some heavy egos within the church which were threatening to fracture it.

The comment from Spirit was not a stroking of my ego, but a recognition that it needed the hand of someone who was a committed spiritualist at the helm. Somewhat reluctantly I agreed. As I had expected, demands of the presidency were heavy, so heavy that I was forced to reduce my commitment to the doctorate from full-time study to part-time. Read more…

OneLife: Wow, Life Is Great – We Are Living Our Dream - Ken & Christine Hawkins

August 21st, 2009 OneLife No comments

hawkinsOur names are Ken and Christine Hawkins. We attended the OneLife Abundance program at the end of 2003 (Ken in November and Christine in December). At that time and for many years previous, Ken was an avid seminar attendee and was very financially focused. He also loves to associate with successful people and learn from them. Christine was more focused on self-development, child rearing and assisting at the local Rudolf Steiner School, where our children attend. We had a business and a few investment properties and little cash flow. Our lives were out of balance.

After completing the Abundance Program, we were able to regain the balance. The twelve months support has been fantastic. The constant reminder of the steps needed and the association with successful people has helped keep us on track. Ken has gone on to do the advanced programs of Instant Property Wealth, Business Mastery, Live Trading for Success and Partnership Success Coaching. We both have completed the Life Coaching offered by the OneLife Wellness Centre. Read more…

OneLife: I Always Stay Positive, Dream Big, And Things Just Seem To Come My Direction - Darin Currall

darinSorry for this missing the Easter cut-off date. I made a tragic mistake (sin) of not planning for this letters completion on my 1-31 card. I hope my story inspires those who doubt their potential in life, as I once did.

18 months ago, I borrowed money off my parents to take the OneLife ‘mind wash’ weekend away. I left my newly married wife behind with my parents. I did not need the time off work, as I did not have a job.

I came away from the weekend, not only an excited DUCKS team member but with goals and plans for the future so distinct and realistic, it was scary. Our wealth account started straight away and has grown from 0% (due to no income) up to 18% last month and still growing. Read more…
