“Kiva’s mission is to connect people, through lending, for the sake of alleviating poverty”.
I wrote an article on Muhammad Yuns and the wealth spectrum in an early post called The Wealth Spectrum, while the idea of micro finance was all about him; others have taken this idea and added some new technology.
Kiva’s lending platform is quite amazing though very simple; it allows anyone the ability to lend to entrepreneurs all over the world from as little as $25.
An example of creating a better system:
It’s quite simple you go to Kiva.org create an account, it’s just like facebook very simple, start searching for someone to lend to then lend. An update on some of Kiva’s progress is in this latest video on CNN.
While one man Muhammad Yuns change the world of lending, Kiva changed the way we operate in our lending system. As Kiva starts to make a larger impact on countries like America it will be interesting to see how our current banking system takes to the system. How can you support someone around you to make their idea better or their life better?
Over the past few weeks I have written articles on the Wealth Spectrum, The Wealth Profile and The OneLife Light House. They are all designed to help you make that decision. The wealth Profile will help you with your flow, knowing yourself and knowing the people around you that can leverage you or your ideas, though also support them in ways to have you achieve them with ease and grace. The wealth spectrum is designed to give you that exact picture of where you are right now in regards to your financial position, though also give you the exact steps to work well in that position or move to the next level of your wealth.
Then the OneLife light house wraps it all up giving you a guiding light, path to make that success a reality. If you have not visited OneLife Central as yet this will also help you with the question above. With a collection of the most relevant books, audio and coursing available presented in categories that are differed by wealth profiles, it takes the time out finding that next inspirational book or audio. You find a way to find information that is most relevant to you, your wealth profile.
So why ask the question; what is the one best Action to accelerate your wealth Creation? Well if you know your profile and you have read and completed the wealth spectrum, why don’t you know this? Each tradesman has their tools and if they turned up onto the job site without them what do you think the other tradies would say? It wouldn’t be polite let put it that way. These are your tools as an entrepreneur, they should be used all the time, they will show you the correct action to take and take you through a cycle of your business from a creation stage though to completion. How often do you consult will your tools as an entrepreneur? Just as a trades person knows that he has a blunt blade and he must take the time out to work on the tools you should be networking with like minded people, helping each other out and developing your answers to question like the one above.
We have a few more dates in the calendar for the wealth dynamics workshop, go to work on your tool box and start finding the one best Action to accelerate your wealth Creation.

At the end of 2008, as the global crisis was across all the media, I met Muhammad Yunus in Singapore (You can watch our conversation on Youtube). Yunus is a champion of micro-financing, a self-made millionaire and winner of the Nobel Peace Prize. Here is a wonderful example of a living rainbow who has attracted his own pot of gold. While there are many people we could use as an example of stepping through the wealth spectrum, I’ve picked Yunus as my example as his story brings together not just one man’s journey, but a sign of the changing financial times we are in.
The Wealth Spectrum - Red Survivor Level
In 1976, Yunus was working with the Bangladesh government on social projects when on a visit to one of the poorest villages of Jobra he came across entrepreneurial women struggling at survivor level to run their businesses. They were borrowing from loan sharks at sky-high interest rates, and he saw an opportunity to support them by being the middle man.
The Wealth Spectrum - Orange Worker Level
While keeping his job, he experimented with his own money, using US$27 to make his first loan to 42 women. When they paid him back with interest, he knew he had found a profitable way to help people move out of poverty. With little of his own resources, he put in his time visiting Bangladesh banks to tap into their flow, and finally persuaded Janata Bank to loan him enough to lend to more women, and extend his project.
The Wealth Spectrum - Yellow Player Level
It took seven years of work as the middleman between banks and the small entrepreneurs for Yunus to build up a trusted reputation in Bangladesh as the micro-financing man. By 1983, he had 28,000 micro-loan members, and it was time for him to establish his own enterprise, which he called Grameen Bank (which means ‘Village Bank’ in Bangladeshi).
The Wealth Spectrum - Green Performer Level
Yunus moved from being the prime driver of his mission to now growing Grameen Bank as the leader in micro-financing in Bangladesh. The bank operated a unique system where the bankers went to the member in their villages and they worked on loans secured on trust not assets, with each member meeting weekly with other members and the loan officer in their village to support each other. This system has meant that, as the western financial institutions were collapsing in the west in 2008, micro-financing continued to grow.
The Wealth Spectrum - Blue Conductor Level
Seven years after Yunus had launched Grameen Bank, the company was operating successfully, and in 1990, Yunus moved from Performer to Conductor. He launched a number of companies aligned to his mission to support the poor, including Grameen Telecom, Grameen Krishi (agriculture), Grameen Motsho (fisheries), Grameen Knitwear and Grameen Software. Today, Grameen has annual revenues of $100 million and has loaned over $8 billion.
The Wealth Spectrum - Indigo Trustee Level
In 1994, Yunus received the Independence Day Award, the highest award in Bangladesh and in 1998 Grameen won the World Habitat Award for its work in low cost housing. Yunus began to campaign on the merits of micro-financing not just for Grameen in Bangladesh but now globally. As with all Trustees, his focus moved from competitive capital at Blue level to universal benefit at Indigo level. By 2006 he had become a trusted spokesperson on micro-financing globally. In that year he won the Nobel Peace Prize for his work on micro-financing.
The Wealth Spectrum - Violet Composer Level
Today, Yunus has moved from a trustee of micro-financing to a composer of our future. In his book “Social Business” he lays out a new corporate structure that allows companies to operate as social enterprises and still attract capital and provide shareholder returns. Today, 94% of Grameen Bank is owned by the borrowers, and for every dollar in loans, members hold two dollars in deposits. The model that he is pioneering, he is also practicing.
It has been 33 years for Yunus to move through each level of the spectrum from red to violet, and by persevering through the years the impact he will leave will be far greater than the money he made.

How do you locate all the information you require to create all the success in your life?
The OneLife Light House is your guide post to help you make the decision to move forward in your life.
Why? We created the light house so every one of us doesn’t feel like we are on our own or that we don’t know what to do next, there is always an access point to where we want to be.
Most people KNOW to DO though entrepreneurs DO to KNOW. How do you know what to do, to DO the right thing at the right time? That is why the lighthouse is so important, to allow us to know which step comes first which one comes next so at no point we are lost and at all points we have a foundation we always have something to hold on to and to step forward from.
Understanding your flow is key in your life to make you endeavours simple, in the last article I wrote about 5 simple steps to make money from the wealth dynamics profiling system with ebooks. This was a basic example around the entry level or foundation. The advance step was still at this level so as you can see there are many more levels. I guess the easy way to explain it is; if you want to move to the next level in any of your endeavor, understanding where you are and where you want to be, and making that move with ease and grace is how the OneLife Light House will support you! If you want to be a blogger with one or two contractors that support you then that is fine, if your dreams are “not bigger” “just different” and you want a hole organisation then that’s great as well, the light house will support you in both endeavor the same way.
Here is more detail; a small one person blog and then an organisation both the same person just different ideals. Creator profile on the matrix this person knows that they work well in the initial stages of a concept and then they should move what they have created on to others to support or run the endeavour. Can you see how that is still the same on both levels though different activities are required one maybe at a level of entry (the blogger) and the other maybe at a level of enterprise (the organisation). Now we can also swap those roles and have the blogger at the enterprise level and still operating the same way with some support people? The only difference is the mindset of the person here a mindset at the entry level is different to the enterprise, they achieve different outcomes from simular action, like I said they are both a creative personality they are just creating a different outcome.
Wealth Dynamics Profiling System
By knowing where they are and where they want to be they will be shown by the lighthouse where to go to find the appropriate information, if it is a mentor they require or just a small course on a topic. What you want is that direct action that will take you to the answer you required to move through the position you are holding yourself too. I’m sure if you are an entrepreneur you have hit points where you have been action – action and more action then you are at a loss when the month becomes longer then the money…You ask yourself why this is? You work so hard, longer and longer hours to find that some of the action you take, should be done by someone else. Because as you find with the light house they are not in your flow. If you go online today to the masses of information it will drive you insane and produce a result much the same as the one above, just now instead of frustration, you are now at a point of stagnation, not knowing what to learn and what to action. I hope you are starting to see the power of the OneLife Light House…An accurate position/step on the action or learning needed is what the OneLife Light House will guide you to again and again and at any level in your life, or in your organisation. Find out more on the OneLife Light House and Wealth Dynamics at one of our full day workshops on finding your flow in life.
